Five nights flipped the usual way round, straight to Havelock on arrival and the beaches first. Four nights on the island give you Elephant Beach for snorkelling, a full day across Radhanagar and Kalapathar, and a genuine free day with no ferry to catch.
The trip turns back to Port Blair near the end for a harbour-boat day to the ruins on Ross Island and the corals of North Bay, before the flight home. It suits travellers who want to settle on one beach base before the sightseeing.

Arrival in Port Blair and ferry to Havelock
Arrive in Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram), meet our coordinator and transfer to Phoenix Bay Jetty for the ferry across to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep).
Check in at your Havelock resort and take the rest of the day slowly, with a walk on the nearest beach or a first sunset by the water.

Elephant Beach snorkelling and leisure
Leave early for Elephant Beach, a short boat ride from Havelock jetty, and use your complimentary snorkelling session over the shallow corals. The water stays waist-deep a long way out, which suits first-timers.
Sea walks, banana boat rides, jet ski and parasailing run from the same stretch as add-ons for anyone who wants more time in the water. The rest of the day is free to rest at the resort or return to the beach at your own pace.

Radhanagar Beach and Kalapathar Beach
A full day on Havelock's two headline beaches. Spend the bright hours at Radhanagar, ranked among Asia's best, where the sand is wide and flat with room to walk well back from the water.
In the afternoon, cross to Kalapathar on the island's quieter east side, named for the black rocks along the shore, for a calmer stretch of sand and a slow end to the day.

Free day on Havelock
A full free day on Havelock. Rest at the resort, go back to Radhanagar for a quieter stretch of the morning, or rent a scooter and find a corner of the island you have not seen yet.
It is the day that sets this trip apart from a shorter run, with no ferry to catch and nowhere you have to be.

Havelock to Port Blair, Ross Island and North Bay
Take the morning ferry from Havelock back to Port Blair. On arrival, transfer to the Water Sports Complex for the government harbour boat to Ross Island (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Dweep) and its colonial ruins.
Carry on to North Bay (Coral Island) for corals and a glass-bottom boat ride, then check in at your Port Blair hotel for the night.

Before you travel
- Day 1 transfers you straight to Havelock, so a morning landing in Port Blair works best to make the ferry across. The ferries and the Elephant Beach boat run to fixed timings confirmed with you in advance.
- Ferry tickets are included and held once your trip is confirmed: the Port Blair to Havelock and Havelock to Port Blair ferries. Ferries open bookings 60 to 90 days out and morning slots fill first.
- Ross Island and North Bay are reached by government harbour boat from the Water Sports Complex, with tickets and the forest fee arranged locally. Ross Island is closed on Wednesdays.
- Breakfast is included as per itinerary. Any meal not listed for a day is payable directly.
- Water sports at Elephant Beach are subject to weather and paid directly. The Elephant Beach snorkelling session is complimentary, while sea walk, jet ski, banana boat and parasailing are paid on the spot.
- Carry cash for water sports and site payments, as card and online payments are often unavailable.

Good to know before you book
Terms and conditions
- 50 percent of the package amount confirms your booking. The balance is due before departure or on arrival.
- Prices are per person on twin sharing, land only. They do not cover air or rail fare, so adding flights or trains raises the price.
- Rates move on peak dates. These include 20 December to 5 January, Onam, Christmas, New Year, festive holidays, and long weekends.
- Quoted rates hold for the hotel category confirmed at booking. Any room or meal-plan upgrade is re-quoted.
- Standard hotel check-in is around 2 PM and check-out by 11 AM or 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
- Costs from events beyond our control, including hartals, floods, landslides, roadblocks, and other natural calamities, and from any delay or change they force, are borne by the guest and are not refundable.
- The cab runs as per the itinerary and is not at your disposal for unplanned travel.
- The itinerary may be re-sequenced on the ground for weather, traffic, or similar reasons.
Payments
50 percent of the package value confirms the booking, with the balance due before departure or on arrival.
Payments are made by wire transfer to our bank account. Our team shares the account details once you are ready to confirm.
Cancellation and refunds
You can move, shorten, or cancel confirmed dates only if you tell us in writing at least 30 days before your check-in date. Any change is subject to availability at the time.
If you ask to change, postpone, or cancel within 30 days of check-in, we cannot make the change. The full package value is retained and no refund is due.
Dates with no refund
Bookings for the following peak periods are non-refundable. If your travel falls in any of these windows, no refund applies, whenever you cancel:

- 13 August to 26 August
- 1 October to 12 October
- 15 October to 25 October
- 5 November to 15 November
- 15 December to 15 January
This also covers any long weekend, festive weekend, or other high-demand date. On these dates 100 percent of the package value is retained, and you will not receive a refund or a credit note for a future trip.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your cancellation request, we start the refund from our side within 5 working days. After we release it, the money usually reflects in your account within 5 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation surcharge
For any cancellation processed under this policy, a surcharge of 10 percent plus 18 percent tax applies, deducted from the refund amount.
