About this itinerary
Most circuits rush Neil in a single night. This one gives it two, so you can slow down on its beaches, and pairs it with Port Blair rather than the busier Havelock.
Day 1 is the Cellular Jail Light and Sound show. Day 2 crosses to Neil, Day 3 covers its Natural Rock Formation, Bharatpur and the Laxmanpur sunset, and Day 4 returns to Port Blair. Day 5 rounds off with Ross Island, North Bay and Corbyn's Cove.

Arrival in Port Blair and the Light and Sound Show
Land at Port Blair, the capital of the Andamans, and check in at your hotel to freshen up.
In the evening, head to the Cellular Jail for the open-air Light and Sound show, which narrates the story of the freedom fighters held here. Return to your hotel for the night.

Port Blair to Neil Island
After an early breakfast, transfer to Phoenix Bay Jetty for the catamaran to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep), a smooth crossing of about 40 km.
Check in and take the rest of the day at leisure, settling into the slow pace of the island.

Neil Island: Natural Rock Formation, Bharatpur and Laxmanpur
Start at the Natural Rock Formation, the coral arch locally called the Howrah Bridge, best at low tide. Then spend time at Bharatpur Beach, with its calm, shallow water good for a swim and a glass-bottom boat ride.
End the day at Laxmanpur Beach for its wide shoreline and one of the finest sunsets in the islands.

Neil Island to Port Blair
After breakfast, take the catamaran back to Port Blair. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and take the rest of the day easy.

Ross Island, North Bay and Corbyn's Cove
After breakfast, take the harbour ferry to Ross Island for its British colonial ruins, then on to North Bay (Coral Island) for snorkelling, scuba and glass-bottom boat rides.
Return to Port Blair and spend the late afternoon at Corbyn's Cove for the sunset and a walk along the beach, then back to your hotel.

Before you travel
- Day 1 stays in Port Blair, so a morning or early afternoon landing works. The Neil catamaran on Day 2 sails in the morning and its timing is confirmed with you in advance.
- The catamaran legs between Port Blair and Neil are included and held on booking confirmation. Catamarans open bookings 60 to 90 days out and morning slots fill first.
- The Day 5 trip to Ross and North Bay runs on government harbour ferries from Port Blair. Ross Island is closed on Wednesdays, and island access depends on daily government clearance and sea conditions.
- Sightseeing is provided in a non-air-conditioned vehicle as per the inclusions. If you would prefer an air-conditioned car, please ask the team in advance.
- The Cellular Jail and its museum are closed on Mondays and national holidays. The Light and Sound show runs in English on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at about 6:50 PM and in Hindi on other nights from about 5:50 PM. Non-professional camera charges are about Rs 200 per camera.
- Neil's Natural Rock Formation is best seen at low tide, when the arch and tide pools are exposed. The rocks are slippery, so wear grippy footwear and check the day's tide timing with the team.
- Buffet breakfast is included daily from Day 2. Any meal not listed is payable directly. Water sports at North Bay and Bharatpur are paid directly and are subject to weather. Neil has no ATM, so carry cash.

Good to know before you book
Terms and conditions
- 50 percent of the package amount confirms your booking. The balance is due before departure or on arrival.
- Prices are per person on twin sharing, land only. They do not cover air or rail fare, so adding flights or trains raises the price.
- Rates move on peak dates. These include 20 December to 5 January, Onam, Christmas, New Year, festive holidays, and long weekends.
- Quoted rates hold for the hotel category confirmed at booking. Any room or meal-plan upgrade is re-quoted.
- Standard hotel check-in is around 2 PM and check-out by 11 AM or 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
- Costs from events beyond our control, including hartals, floods, landslides, roadblocks, and other natural calamities, and from any delay or change they force, are borne by the guest and are not refundable.
- The cab runs as per the itinerary and is not at your disposal for unplanned travel.
- The itinerary may be re-sequenced on the ground for weather, traffic, or similar reasons.
Payments
50 percent of the package value confirms the booking, with the balance due before departure or on arrival.
Payments are made by wire transfer to our bank account. Our team shares the account details once you are ready to confirm.
Cancellation and refunds
You can move, shorten, or cancel confirmed dates only if you tell us in writing at least 30 days before your check-in date. Any change is subject to availability at the time.
If you ask to change, postpone, or cancel within 30 days of check-in, we cannot make the change. The full package value is retained and no refund is due.
Dates with no refund
Bookings for the following peak periods are non-refundable. If your travel falls in any of these windows, no refund applies, whenever you cancel:
- 1 March to 15 July
- 13 August to 26 August
- 1 October to 12 October
- 15 October to 25 October
- 5 November to 15 November
- 15 December to 15 January
This also covers any long weekend, festive weekend, or other high-demand date. On these dates 100 percent of the package value is retained, and you will not receive a refund or a credit note for a future trip.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your cancellation request, we start the refund from our side within 5 working days. After we release it, the money usually reflects in your account within 5 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation surcharge
For any cancellation processed under this policy, a surcharge of 10 percent plus 18 percent tax applies, deducted from the refund amount.

Questions about this package
It is built for travellers who want Neil's quieter beaches over Havelock's busier ones. Two nights on Neil leave room to slow down, and Port Blair's harbour islands round out the trip.
The Port Blair to Neil catamaran legs are included and held on confirmation. The Ross and North Bay trip on Day 5 runs on government harbour ferries.
Not for a relaxed trip. Neil is small, so two nights let you see the Natural Rock Formation, Bharatpur and Laxmanpur without rushing and still have beach time. If you want a faster pace, one night is enough.
As listed, sightseeing is in a non-air-conditioned vehicle. If you would prefer an air-conditioned car, tell the team in advance so it can be arranged, usually at extra cost.
The coral arch and the tide pools around it are only exposed at low tide, so the visit is timed to the tide. At high tide you can still see it from a distance.
October to May for calm seas and clear skies. June to September brings monsoon weather and a higher chance of ferry cancellations.
