Andaman Family Tour Package from Kolkata 6N/7D — 6 Nights / 7 Days
A 6 nights 7 days Andaman family holiday from Kolkata through Port Blair, Havelock and Neil, taking in Ross and North Bay, Corbyn's Cove, Wandoor, the Samudrika museum, Radhanagar, Elephant Beach and Neil's quiet beaches.
About this itinerary
Six nights built around a family, with Kolkata one of the easier mainland gateways: the direct flight to Port Blair runs about 2 to 2.5 hours. The first three nights stay in Port Blair, with the Cellular Jail and the Light and Sound show, a Ross and North Bay boat day, and a slower morning at Wandoor Beach and the Samudrika marine museum.
You then cross to Havelock for Radhanagar and an Elephant Beach snorkelling trip, and finish with a night on Neil for Bharatpur and Laxmanpur. The pace stays unhurried, the beaches are shallow and calm, and the water sports are optional add-ons, so it works for couples with young children and for trips that bring the grandparents along.
Day-by-day itinerary
Every day below can be moved, shortened or swapped. Replanning is free — you only pay the difference in what you change.

Before you travel
Day 1 to Day 3 stay in Port Blair, so a morning or early afternoon landing from Kolkata works best. The Ross and North Bay boats and the Havelock and Neil ferries run to fixed timings confirmed with you in advance.
Ross Island and North Bay are reached by government harbour boat from Phoenix Bay, with tickets and the forest fee arranged locally.
Ferry tickets are included and held once your trip is confirmed: the Port Blair to Havelock, Havelock to Neil and Neil to Port Blair ferries. Ferries open bookings 60 to 90 days out and morning slots fill first.
The Cellular Jail and its museum are closed on Mondays and national holidays, with a lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. The Light and Sound show runs in English on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at about 6:50 PM and in Hindi on other nights from about 5:50 PM. Non-professional camera charges are about Rs 200 per camera.
The Samudrika Naval Marine Museum is open roughly 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM and is closed on Mondays and national holidays, so the Day 3 morning at Wandoor is planned around those hours.
Breakfast is included as per itinerary. Any meal not listed for a day is payable directly.
Water sports at North Bay and Elephant Beach are subject to weather and paid directly, roughly Rs 700 to Rs 800 per person for snorkelling and Rs 500 to Rs 600 for a glass-bottom boat ride.
Carry cash for water sports and site payments, as card and online payments are often unavailable.
