About this itinerary
This is a two-night trip that stays put on Havelock Island instead of chasing several islands in three days. You unpack once, and every beach is a short drive or a quick boat away.
Day 1 arrives from Port Blair in time for sunset at Radhanagar. Day 2 starts with sunrise at Kalapathar and spends the day at Elephant Beach for snorkelling and water sports. Day 3 crosses back to Port Blair for the flight out. It works best for travellers who want beaches and slow island days rather than a packed sightseeing circuit.

Land in Port Blair and Cruise to Havelock Island
Arrive at Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) airport. Your coordinator meets you and transfers you to Phoenix Bay Jetty, where you board the ferry to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep). On arrival, transfer to your hotel to check in and relax.
In the late afternoon, drive to Radhanagar Beach, one of Asia's most beautiful beaches, with clean white sand backed by mahua and padauk trees. Walk along the shore and find a spot to watch the sunset. Later, enjoy leisure time near the beach: souvenir stalls, a beachside cafe, or a pub for those who want some nightlife, before returning to the hotel.

Kalapathar Beach and Trip to Elephant Beach
Start early with a drive to Kalapathar Beach on the island's eastern coast for sunrise. Kalapathar is a quiet beach with white sand and black boulders, good for a peaceful start, a light jog or meditation. Return to the hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, set out for the Elephant Beach excursion. A short boat ride from Havelock Jetty brings you to the beach in about 30 to 35 minutes. Elephant Beach is known for water sports: snorkelling, scuba diving, glass-bottom boat rides and parasailing, with shallow water that suits non-swimmers. Relax on the sand or have snacks before boarding the boat back to the jetty and transferring to your hotel.

Havelock Island to Port Blair and Airport Drop
After an early breakfast, check out and transfer to Havelock Jetty. Board the ferry back to Port Blair, a journey of about 1.5 to 2 hours. On arrival at Phoenix Bay, transfer to Veer Savarkar Airport for your departure flight.

Before you travel
- Arrive at Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) airport by 12 PM on Day 1, preferably by a morning flight, to catch a ferry to Havelock. The last ferry from Port Blair to Havelock departs at 1:30 PM. After 1:30 PM there are no ferries between Port Blair and Havelock.
- On Day 3, ferries from Havelock to Port Blair operate from 8:00 AM. Book a return flight from Port Blair at 1:00 PM or later so the transfer from Havelock is unhurried.
- Elephant Beach on Day 2 is reached by a 30 to 35 minute boat from Havelock Jetty.
- Water sports on Elephant Beach (snorkelling, glass-bottom boat ride, parasailing) are payable directly or can be taken as add-ons and are subject to weather and sea conditions.
- Use the lockers on Elephant Beach for valuables such as wallet, phone and cash.
- Sunrise at Kalapathar Beach is around 5:00 AM to 5:07 AM. Arrive about 20 to 25 minutes before sunrise.
- Meals are included per the day plan (Day 2 and Day 3 breakfast). Any meal not listed for a day is payable directly.

Good to know before you book
Terms and conditions
- 50 percent of the package amount confirms your booking. The balance is due before departure or on arrival.
- Prices are per person on twin sharing, land only. They do not cover air or rail fare, so adding flights or trains raises the price.
- Rates move on peak dates. These include 20 December to 5 January, Onam, Christmas, New Year, festive holidays, and long weekends.
- Quoted rates hold for the hotel category confirmed at booking. Any room or meal-plan upgrade is re-quoted.
- Standard hotel check-in is around 2 PM and check-out by 11 AM or 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
- Costs from events beyond our control, including hartals, floods, landslides, roadblocks, and other natural calamities, and from any delay or change they force, are borne by the guest and are not refundable.
- The cab runs as per the itinerary and is not at your disposal for unplanned travel.
- The itinerary may be re-sequenced on the ground for weather, traffic, or similar reasons.
Payments
50 percent of the package value confirms the booking, with the balance due before departure or on arrival.
Payments are made by wire transfer to our bank account. Our team shares the account details once you are ready to confirm.
Cancellation and refunds
You can move, shorten, or cancel confirmed dates only if you tell us in writing at least 30 days before your check-in date. Any change is subject to availability at the time.
If you ask to change, postpone, or cancel within 30 days of check-in, we cannot make the change. The full package value is retained and no refund is due.
Dates with no refund
Bookings for the following peak periods are non-refundable. If your travel falls in any of these windows, no refund applies, whenever you cancel:
- 1 March to 15 July
- 13 August to 26 August
- 1 October to 12 October
- 15 October to 25 October
- 5 November to 15 November
- 15 December to 15 January
This also covers any long weekend, festive weekend, or other high-demand date. On these dates 100 percent of the package value is retained, and you will not receive a refund or a credit note for a future trip.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your cancellation request, we start the refund from our side within 5 working days. After we release it, the money usually reflects in your account within 5 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation surcharge
For any cancellation processed under this policy, a surcharge of 10 percent plus 18 percent tax applies, deducted from the refund amount.
