About this itinerary
Family Fun splits the trip so nobody is worn out. The first evening eases in with Corbyn's Cove and the Cellular Jail light and sound show, both close to the Port Blair hotel.
Day 2 crosses to Havelock for Radhanagar Beach at sunset with a complimentary family photoshoot. Day 3 is a boat trip to Elephant Beach with snorkelling before the ferry back to Port Blair. Day 4 is the airport transfer. Short transfers, one island change and plenty of beach time make it an easy pace for children and grandparents.

Arrival in Port Blair, Corbyn's Cove and Cellular Jail Light and Sound Show
Land at Veer Savarkar Airport, Port Blair, where our representative greets you and transfers you to the hotel to freshen up and rest. Later, drive out to Corbyn's Cove Beach along the winding coastal road, with open sea on one side and a calm crescent of sand at the end of it.

In the evening, head to the Cellular Jail for a tour of the colonial prison and national memorial, then settle in for the open air Light and Sound show, which narrates the story of the Indian freedom struggle inside the jail walls. Your coordinator then drops you back to the hotel.

Port Blair to Havelock, Radhanagar Beach Sunset and Complimentary Photoshoot
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the jetty for the cruise to Havelock Island. On arrival, a representative drives you to the hotel to check in.
In the afternoon, head to Radhanagar Beach, rated among the best beaches in Asia, with soft white sand and clear water backed by tree lines. Spend the golden hour on the sand as the sky turns orange and pink, and let the included family photoshoot catch the light before the sun goes down.

Elephant Beach Snorkelling and Return to Port Blair
The morning starts with a boat ride to Elephant Beach, one of Havelock's most popular spots for water activities. The complimentary snorkelling session over the shallow coral is gentle enough for children with an adult and a guide, and lively enough to keep everyone looking down at the fish.
After time on the sand you return to Havelock and board the cruise back to Port Blair, where your coordinator drives you to the hotel for the night.

Airport Drop and Departure from Port Blair
After breakfast, check out on time. Your representative transfers you to Veer Savarkar Airport for your onward flight. If the flight is later in the day, the hotel can hold your luggage while you fit in last minute shopping or a short local stop.

Before you travel
- This trip starts in Port Blair on Day 1, so your arrival flight time is flexible. The Havelock crossing is on Day 2 and departs in the morning, confirmed in advance by the team.
- On Day 3 the return sailing from Havelock to Port Blair is confirmed in advance, as the exact departure depends on the operator's schedule.
- The Cellular Jail and its museum are closed on Mondays and national holidays. The open air Light and Sound show runs in English on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at about 6:50 PM, and in Hindi on other nights from about 5:50 PM. If Day 1 falls on a Monday, the museum is closed but the evening show still runs.
- Breakfast is included daily as per the day plan. Any meal not listed for a day is payable directly. Lunches and dinners taken at cafes, shacks or restaurants are at your own expense.
- Water sports at Corbyn's Cove and the snorkelling at Elephant Beach are payable where not listed as included, and are subject to weather and sea conditions.
- The complimentary photoshoot at Radhanagar Beach and the complimentary snorkelling session at Elephant Beach are included. Extra prints, edits or additional water sports are payable directly.

Good to know before you book
Terms and conditions
- 50 percent of the package amount confirms your booking. The balance is due before departure or on arrival.
- Prices are per person on twin sharing, land only. They do not cover air or rail fare, so adding flights or trains raises the price.
- Rates move on peak dates. These include 20 December to 5 January, Onam, Christmas, New Year, festive holidays, and long weekends.
- Quoted rates hold for the hotel category confirmed at booking. Any room or meal-plan upgrade is re-quoted.
- Standard hotel check-in is around 2 PM and check-out by 11 AM or 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
- Costs from events beyond our control, including hartals, floods, landslides, roadblocks, and other natural calamities, and from any delay or change they force, are borne by the guest and are not refundable.
- The cab runs as per the itinerary and is not at your disposal for unplanned travel.
- The itinerary may be re-sequenced on the ground for weather, traffic, or similar reasons.
Payments
50 percent of the package value confirms the booking, with the balance due before departure or on arrival.
Payments are made by wire transfer to our bank account. Our team shares the account details once you are ready to confirm.
Cancellation and refunds
You can move, shorten, or cancel confirmed dates only if you tell us in writing at least 30 days before your check-in date. Any change is subject to availability at the time.
If you ask to change, postpone, or cancel within 30 days of check-in, we cannot make the change. The full package value is retained and no refund is due.
Dates with no refund
Bookings for the following peak periods are non-refundable. If your travel falls in any of these windows, no refund applies, whenever you cancel:
- 1 March to 15 July
- 13 August to 26 August
- 1 October to 12 October
- 15 October to 25 October
- 5 November to 15 November
- 15 December to 15 January
This also covers any long weekend, festive weekend, or other high-demand date. On these dates 100 percent of the package value is retained, and you will not receive a refund or a credit note for a future trip.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your cancellation request, we start the refund from our side within 5 working days. After we release it, the money usually reflects in your account within 5 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation surcharge
For any cancellation processed under this policy, a surcharge of 10 percent plus 18 percent tax applies, deducted from the refund amount.
