Detailed Itinerary(4 Nights and 5 Days)

(2 Nights Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) — 1 Night Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) — 1 Night Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep))

Arrival (Morning/Afternoon): Arrive at Veer Savarkar Airport and transfer to hotel after meet and greet. Hotel check in between 2:00 to 3:00  PM and rest.

Note: The estimated transfer time from the airport to the hotel in Port Blair is 20-25 minutes. 

Meal Included: Lunch

Evening: Explore Cellular Jail (Kala Pani), the colonial prison which used to hold captive Indian revolutionaries. The exhibits of the museum showcase artifacts, letters, photos and personal items of prisoners.

Light & Sound Show (Optional)

Please Note:

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays.
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)
• (Non-professional) Camera charges: INR 200/- per camera.

Evening (4:30 – 6:30 PM) Visit Corbyn’s Cove, a spectacular crescent-shaped beach with palm trees, a beautiful stretch of white sand, and turquoise waters. Lounge on the beach with coconut water or take part in a water sport (on your own charges).

Back to Hotel: After having a relaxing enjoyment on Corbyn’s Cove beach, head back to the hotel to catch a good night’s sleep.

Morning: Today after breakfast, depart for Havelock Island on a comfortable ferry/speedboat. Our tour coordinator will pick you up from the hotel and drive to Haddo or Phoenix Bay Jetty.

Note: Both Haddo and Phoenix Bay Jetty are approximately 9 kms from Port Blair main city centre and take about 25 – 30 minutes to reach.

At Haddo/Phoenix Bay: Board the cruise and sail towards Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep). It is the most-visited island of the Andaman and Nicobar archipelago and home to two stunning beaches: Radhanagar Beach and Elephant Beach.

Note: The estimated travel time to reach Havelock from Port Blair is between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Transfer time may also vary depending on sea conditions or weather.

After hotel check in, head out to visit the soul-soothing Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7). It was named as Asia’s Best Beach by Time magazine in 2004. This makes Radhanagar the #1 beach in all of India. Enjoy walking on the beach and enjoy a serene sunset.

Back to hotel: After having dinner at one of the nearby restaurants, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Meal Included: Breakfast

Early Morning: Breakfast at hotel and get transfer service (boat) to Elephant beach. Alternatively, you can also get to Elephant beach through jungle trekking.

This beach features an impressive coral belt, shallow waters, and myriad of water sports activities. Parasailing, jet skiing, diving and coral spotting are some of the most popular activities to do on Elephant Beach. (all watersports at your expense except one complimentary snorkelling session)

Note:

1. Arrive to the beach as early as possible to avoid the mid-day crowd.
2. The jet ski rental on Elephant beach ranges between ₹600 to ₹700/-  per person and the ride lasts for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Always carry extra cash in your bag for personal expenses. The Internet might not be available to make online payments.

Afternoon: After Elephant Beach, get transfer to Havelock Island jetty, board the speedboat/jetty and cruise to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep). Post arrival, transfer to the pre-booked hotel on Neil island and check in.

Evening (4:00 – 5:30 PM): Head to Laxampur Beach which offers the best views of a scenic sunset. Take out your camera/phones to click as many photos as you want. Enjoy walking on the beach and feel the refreshing sea breeze.

Back to hotel: Have dinner outside at a restaurant/cafe nearby Laxampur Beach and head to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Have breakfast and depart for Natural Rock Formation or Howrah Bridge. It is the iconic natural attraction (a rock arch) formed by seawaves hitting the limestones. During low tide you will be able to spot crabs, deal corals, small fish etc.

Notes: 

1. Please wear comfortable and waterproof footwear as you will be walking on rocky terrain.
2. It is essential to have low tides for you to see colorful fish, corals, starfishes, and crabs in pools of stagnant water.
3. Walk slowly and carefully, keeping your feet firm on the slippery rocks.
4. If there is no low tide, you will have to proceed to the next attraction. You still, however, can see the rock formation from afar.

11:45 AM – 12:00 PM: Head to Bharatpur Beach and indulge in water activities like glass bottom boat ride, diving, banana boat ride, etc (all at extra charges). Post water activities, have lunch at a restaurant around Bharatpur Beach. 

Note:

• The best time for water sports on Bharatpur Beach is between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Carry extra cash in a waterproof bag and keep it safe. Use it for making payments for water sports as there are no ATMs or online payment methods available on this island.

Afternoon/Evening (3:30 PM – 4:00 PM): Gather at Neil Island Jetty and board the cruise leaving for Port Blair. The estimated cruising time between Neil Island and Port Blair is 90 to 120 minutes.

Late Evening: Before hotel check-in, go out for shopping and buy souvenirs (optional) or you can choose to go straight to the hotel for rest. Overnight stay in Port Blair.

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and check for all your belongings before hotel check-out. Make sure to have an on-time check out (based on your flight schedule) Keep your luggage ready in the lobby or at the reception area.

Our tour coordinator will provide you with a swift transfer from the hotel to Veer Savarkar International Airport. Return home with enchanting memories of the 4 night 5 days Andaman Island excursion.
