Detailed Itinerary(6 Nights and 7 Days)

2 Nights Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram), 2 Nights Havelock (Swaraj Dweep), 2 Nights Neil (Shaheed Dweep)

Airport Pickup: Welcome to Port Blair. Our tour coordinator will receive you at the airport and provide assistance with luggage and seamless transfer. Upon arrival at the hotel, check in and then proceed to your room to unwind from the long travel journey. 

Note: 

The standard check in time Port Blair hotel is between 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM 

The estimated transfer time from the airport to the hotel in Port Blair is 20-25 minutes. 

Early hotel check-in is subject to availability.

All transfers by a spacious and well-maintained car.

Cellular Jail Visit: The Cellular Jail is a must-visit attraction for any individual visiting Port Blair. This British colonial prison (also referred to as Kala Pani jail) was to keep Indian revolutionaries captive. Today, this jail is a memorial to honour the lives of freedom fighters who were subject to grave injustice. Explore the art gallery, the museum, and the library inside the premises. 

Tea Break: Enjoy a cup of tea with an amazing view of sunset and the Bay of Bengal. 

Light & Sound Show: After tea break, take your seats and watch the Light & Sound Show which uses dramatic lighting effects and captivating narration to tell the story of India’s freedom struggle and plight of the inmates at Cellular Jail. The runtime of the show is 45 minutes.

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays. 
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)
• (Non-professional) Camera charges: INR 200/- per camera.

Overnight stay in Port Blair: After Cellular Jail and the Light & Sound Show, you will be dropped off at the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Lunch

Hotel Pick up: Rise early in the morning for a pick and transfer to Phoenix Bay Jetty. You and your family will be going to Havelock Island for a 2 night stay. 

Note: The morning cruise from Port Blair to Havelock starts at 7:30 AM for which you have to depart the hotel at 6:00 am – 6:30 am. If you want to take a later ferry from Port Blair to Havelock Island, then post booking, contact our team and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

At Phoenix Bay: Get assistance in boarding the ferry (Makruzz – Premium Class or Nautika – Luxury Class) from Port Blair. Settle down in your seats and enjoy the views of the Bay waters as you cruise towards Havelock Island. 

Note: The estimated travel time to reach Havelock from Port Blair is between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Transfer time may also vary depending on sea conditions or weather.

Arrive at Havelock Island: Post arrival, get assistance with luggage and transfer to the hotel by our tour coordinator. Complete the hotel check in and head to your room to unwind. Later in the day, our representative will pick you for Radhanagar Beach visit. 

Sunset at Radhanagar Beach: Step on to one of the best beaches of Asia, Radhanagar Beach. The highlight of this beach are its crystal clear waters, clean white sands, and greenery by Padauk and Mahua trees. You will love watching a scenic sunset with your family and soaking in the tranquility of this beach. 

Sunset timing at Radhanagar Beach: 5:00 PM – 5:20 PM

Photography: get a professional complimentary beach photoshoot of your Andaman family vacation. Capture beautiful memories of yourself at the beach for a lifetime. The golden hour is a perfect time to take silhouette photography.

Back to hotel: Our tour coordinator will drop you and your family back to the hotel.

Overnight stay in Havelock Island

Hotel Pickup: On day 3rd day, get ready for a family beach excursion to Elephant beach. AndamanTourism.org’s team representative will pick you up from the hotel and transfer to Havelock Jetty. From there you will board a boat and cruise to the beach. 

Note: You can also get to Elephant beach through jungle trekking. The estimated transfer time to reach Elephant Beach is 40 minutes by trekking.  

Elephant Beach: With your free snorkelling session, experience the underwater world. You will spot colourful marine life  including reef fish, corals, sea anemones, etc. If you are lucky, you may spot a sea turtle or ray swimming around. The shallow waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Later, you can lay down on a beach mat and have refreshing coconut water. 

Note: Any other water sports such as scuba diving, sea bed walking, glass bottom boat ride, etc. can be availed on a direct payment basis.

• Complimentary activities like snorkelling cannot be transferred to another day. No refund will be provided for complimentary activities, if not availed. 
• Keep your personal items like wallet, phone, cash, clothes etc in a safe place like a locker (available on Elephant Beach) 
• Complimentary activity (snorkelling) cannot be exchanged for any other activity. Carry cash in a waterproof bag for locker rentals, accessing changing rooms etc. The Internet might not be available to make digital payments.

Return to hotel: Board a boat and return to Havelock Island. Get transferred to the hotel. You can also visit a beachside cafe/restaurant and enjoy the nightlife of Havelock before returning to the hotel. 

Overnight Stay in Havelock Island 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Hotel Pickup: Have breakfast and complete the check out from the hotel. Receive a comfortable transfer from the hotel to Havelock Jetty. Board a private ferry and cruise towards Neil Island. The estimated transfer time between Havelock Island to Neil Island is  1.5 – 2 hours (with ideal weather and sea conditions). 

Welcome to Neil Island: Our team’s representative will welcome you at Neil Jetty and provide assistance with luggage and hotel transfers..  Keep your IDs ready for quick check in and refresh yourself. Afterwards, depart for Natural Rock Formation & Laxmanpur Beach No. 1. 

Visit Natural Rock Formation (Howrah Bridge): Explore the calmness and beauty of the Laxmanpur beach, where you will see the intriguing rock formation: Howrah Bridge. This rock formation resulted due to millions of years of oceanic activity. Enjoy clicking photos and spot marine life in small circular ponds.  

Please note that Howrah Bridge is only accessible during low tide. If the tides are high, we will go straight to Laxmanpur Beach no. 1

Things to Know about Natural Rock Formation
– You can spot marine life like colorful fish, corals, starfishes, and crabs in the small circular ponds.  

– The rocks can be slippery, so keep your feet firmly on the ground. 

– Wear shoes with a strong grip, and if possible wear waterproof shoes. 

Sunset at Laxmanpur Beach No. 1: Enjoy a glorious sunset at Laxmanpur Beach No. 1 The sunset timing is generally between 5:15 pm to 5:20 pm. Post sunset viewing, you can stay back at the beach for star gazing, however it’s important to have a clear sky without any clouds. Afterwards, our representative will transfer you to the hotel.

Overnight stay in Neil Island 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Breakfast at hotel and get ready for another beach day on Neil Island. You will be visiting Bharatpur beach, famous for its abundance of corals, water sports, and the coastal beauty. 

At Bharatpur Beach: Sunbathe and relax at Bharatpur Beach with your family. Click photos in the lagoon area. You can also avail water sports Banana boat rides, kayaking, snorkeling, diving, etc on a direct payment basis.

Leisure Time: The rest of the day is free for leisure. You can spend your time on the beach, shop from Neil Kendra, or enjoy cafes and restaurants in Neil Island. Our team will be there to provide you any assistance, if needed. 

Overnight stay in Neil Island 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Cruise to Port Blair: Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and check out. Then, you will be transferred to Neil Jetty to board the cruise towards Port Blair. The estimated transfer time is 1.5 to 2 hours. 

Arrive in Port Blair: Upon arrival, get transferred to the hotel and rest for a while. Then, we will leave for the beautiful Chidiya Tapu Beach for sunset views and birdwatching. The estimated transfer time to reach Chidiya Tapu Beach from Port Blair is 40 minutes. 

Chidiya Tapu Beach: One of the most famous sunset points in all of Andaman, Chidiya Tapu beach is a perfect place to capture photos. The panoramic views of the sea and sun are gorgeous to look at. The fallen wood on the beach adds a unique character to the beach’s appearance. You can also watch beautiful birds around the beach.

Sunset Time: 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Return: Our tour representative will transfer you to the hotel. 

Overnight stay in Port Blair 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Airport Drop-off: Have breakfast and check out from the hotel. Our coordinator will transfer you to Veer Savarkar Airport. Please note that if your flight is scheduled later in the day, you have to keep your luggage in the lobby or reception area. The estimated transfer time from the hotel to the airport is approximately 25 – 30 minutes.
