Detailed Itinerary(6 Nights and 7 Days)

(2 Nights Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) — 2 Nights Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep) — 2 Nights Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep)d)

Airport Pickup: Arrive at Sri Vijaya Puram’s Veer Savarkar Airport and receive swift transfer from the airport to the hotel with our tour coordinator. 

Note: The transfer time from the airport to the hotel in Port Blair is 20  minutes. 

Hotel Check-in: Reach your pre-booked accommodation and check in. Settle in your room and have a refreshing beverage, rest well before sightseeing begins in Port Blair. 

Late Afternoon (4:30 PM): Receive a pick up ride by our representative and depart for Cellular Jail Museum. Explore the age-old colonial edifice which was used as a penal institution for Indian revolutionaries. The episode of brutalities and torment inflicted upon the captives can be observed from the personal items of the convicts displayed in the museum. 

Light & Sound Show: Watch a Light & Sound Show at the Cellular Jail to know more about the history of this monument. (show runtime: 45 minutes).

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays. 
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)

Back to hotel: Thereafter, our tour coordinator will drop you off at the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Morning: Start your day early and receive a pick up ride to Phoenix Bay Jetty. From here, you will board a high-speed catamaran and journey towards Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep). The estimated transfer time from Port Blair to Neil Island is 2.5 – 3 hours. 

Note: We will share the schedule of catamarans and all the details related to it with you in advance. 

Arrive at Neil Jetty: Upon arrival at Neil Jetty, get a swift car transfer to your resort where you will be staying. Neil island is a small island of 13.7 km area and can be covered quickly. 

Hotel Check-in: Reach your accommodation and complete the check in process. Thereafter, relax in your room and refresh yourself by having a cup of tea/coffee. 

Late Afternoon (4:00 PM): Get pick up ride from the hotel and proceed to Bharatpur Beach. This beautiful beach is where all the watersports action takes place. You, too, can try snorkeling or swimming (at your expense) and afterwards watch a red-golden tinted sky as the sun sets into the horizon. 

Return to Hotel: Savour a local dinner at a restaurant near Bharapur beach and get transferred back to your resort. Overnight stay at  Neil island resort. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Breakfast at hotel and get ready to visit the two famous sites in Neil Island: Natural Rock Formation &  Laxmanpur Beach No. 1. Our tour coordinator will pick you up from the hotel and transfer to your destination. 

Sightseeing: First you will visit, Natural Rock Formation (Howrah Bridge) which is an intriguing arched structure formed by limestone rocks and dead corals. Many many years of oceanic activities contributed to the formation of such a natural attraction.  During low tides, you can see small ponds with marine life like star fish, crabs, sea cucumbers, etc. 

Travel Tips: 

1. Please wear comfortable and waterproof footwear as you will be walking on rocky terrain. 
2. The water can be muddy, especially if it has rained. 
3. It is essential to have low tides for you to see colorful fish, corals, starfishes, and crabs in pools of stagnant water. 
4. Walk slowly and carefully, keeping your feet firm on the slippery rocks. 

Shopping/Lunch: After Natural Rock Formation, you can head to a restaurant for lunch and explore Shaheed Dweep Market (formerly known as Neil Kendra market). 

Sunset Hours: By the time of sunset, you will be at the coastal paradise that is Laxmanpur Beach. The verdant backdrop and a scenic sunset in front of your eyes gives a pleasurable feeling.

Back to Hotel: Get transferred back to hotel for an overnight stay at the resort. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Have your breakfast and get transferred to Neil Jetty with our tour coordinator. From here, you will board a catamaran and sail towards Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep). The estimated transfer time between Havelock to Neil Island is 40 to 60 minutes, considering the sea and weather conditions are optimal. 

Arrive at Havelock Jetty & Hotel Check-in: Disembark at Havelock Jetty with all your luggage and get a pick up and drop off service to your hotel. Check in and allow yourself to unwind from the travel before any beach visits. 

Late Afternoon (4:30 PM): Depart for Radhanagar Beach, famed for its tropical splendour. It is one of the best beaches in Asia and number 1 beach in India to visit. You will be left impressed by the cleanliness, safety management, and conservation efforts practiced at this beach. During golden hours, click photos of the pink and orange tinted sky and azure waters creating a perfect scenery.

Try Local Restaurant/Cafes: Before heading back to the hotel, you may have dinner at one of the restaurants or beach cafes in Havelock Island. (at your expense).  

Back to hotel: Return to your hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Today is reserved for another day of happy beach excursion to Vijay Nagar Beach also known as Beach no 5. The beach is fairly remote and is lined with beachfront properties. It’s an ideal place for those seeking time away from crowds and want peaceful seclusion.

Leisure Time: The rest of the day at Havelock Island is free for leisure, you can head back to your hotel/resort or spend all day on the beach. There are also beach markets selling trinkets and knick-knacks that you can buy as souvenirs. 

Overnight stay at the hotel. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for an island excursion to Ross Island and North Bay Island. Both these islands are located in close proximity to Port Blair and can be easily accessed via boat ride. 

Estimated Transfer time to reach Ross Island: 15- 20 minutes

At Ross Island: The whole island was once a sanctuary of British colonialists. Now all that is left are remnants of rundown colonial structures. You will also find Japanese bunkers built during World War II.

North Bay Island: After a brief stopover at Ross Island, proceed towards North Bay Island. The island features healthy coral reefs and exquisite marine life, hard to find anywhere else in Andamans. Watersports are the prime activities that attract tourists to this island. You, too, can enjoy adventurous watersports at your own expense. 

Note: 

1. Pack all your beach essentials like swimwear, flip flops, towels, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen etc. 
2. North Bay Island offers facilities like washrooms, changing rooms, rental lockers, etc. 
3. Always carry cash in a waterproof bag to make payments towards refreshments, water sports, or locker rental. 

Back to Port Blair (5:00 PM): Get a boat ride and travel back to Port Blair. Before leaving make sure you have all the belongings with you. The transfer time between North Bay and Port Blair is 35 – 40 minutes. 

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Morning: After breakfast, wrap up your Andaman trip by checking out from the hotel and with all your luggage, wait in the lobby. 

Airport Transfer: Our tour coordinator will drop you off at Veer Savarkar Airport from where you will board the flight back home.  The transfer time to the airport is between 20 – 25 minutes. Have a safe journey back to your home.
