Detailed Itinerary(7 Nights and 8 Days)

(4 Nights Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) — 2 Nights Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) — 1 Night Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep))

Airport Pickup: Arrive at Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram’s) Veer Savarkar Airport by a morning  flight. Following a meet and greet at the airport, receive a smooth transfer to the hotel. The estimated transfer time from the airport to the hotel is 20 – 25 minutes. 

Afternoon (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM): Check in at the hotel and after that proceed to your room where you will rest and relax. Unwind with a nice lunch and refreshing tea/coffee. Our team’s representative will pick you up for sightseeing. 

Late Afternoon (4:00 PM): You will leave the hotel and visit the most famous attraction in Port Blair, Cellular Jail Museum. Used by the British colonialist as a penal institution for political prisoners, Cellular Jail became synonymous with the merciless and cold-blooded treatment by the British. Explore the jail premises to understand its architecture and visit its museum which displays personal items of the convicts. 

Light & Sound Show: Watch an engaging Light & Sound Show at Cellular Jail that provides more historical context and insights to this colonial monument. The show lasts for about 45 minutes.

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays. 
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)

Overnight stay in Port Blair: Our coordinator will drop you back to the hotel where you will stay the night.

Morning: On day 2 of Andaman honeymoon trip, you will be going on an exciting escapade towards Ross Island and North Bay Island. Have breakfast on time and receive a pick up ride to Aberdeen Jetty. 

At Aberdeen Jetty: You will be dropped off at Aberdeen Jetty. A boat ride of 15 minutes will take you to your first destination for today which is Ross Island (Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Island)

Ross Island: Watch the untouched natural beauty, colonial ruins of a church, administrative building, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. Ross Island also features Japanese Bunkers built during WW-II by the Japanese Imperial Army. Apart from colonial ruins, the island is scattered with long roots and branches of Banyan trees and you will also spot deer roaming around freely.

Continue your journey from Ross Island to North Bay Island which is another 30 minutes away. 

North Bay Island: Arrive at the bustling North Bay Island, known for its pearl white beaches and fringing coral belts. This entire island is  counted amongst the top spots in Andamans for all the thrilling water sports. Spend your time lazing on its beaches or indulge in water activities such as snorkelling, scuba diving, kayaking, etc. You can also go for a glass bottom boat ride. (water sports at your expense). The island also features a lighthouse, painted in candy-cane swirls.  

Travel Tips: 

1. Pack all your beach essentials like swimwear, flip flops, towels, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen etc. for island excursion. 
2. North Bay Island offers facilities like washrooms, changing rooms, rental lockers, etc. 
3. Always carry cash in a waterproof bag to make payments towards refreshments, water sports, or locker rental.

Departure from North Bay (5 PM): Get back on the boat with all your belongings and cruise back to Port Blair. Estimated transfer time: 40 to 45 minutes.

Overnight stay in Port Blair: From Aberdeen Jetty, you will be dropped back to the hotel. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Today, you will be going to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep), a stunning island to explore on an Andaman holiday. Defined by its gorgeous beaches, clear turquoise forest and verdant vegetation, Havelock island is a coastal paradise. So get ready for an island excursion and get transferred to Phoenix Bay Jetty. 

Note: The ferries to Havelock island start plying from 7:30 AM onwards. We will share the exact timings of the ferry beforehand. 

At Phoenix Bay: Arrive at the bay with your partner and board the catamaran. Enjoy the cruise ride on the waters of Bay of Bengal and set foot on Havelock Jetty. The estimated transfer time between the two destinations is 1.5 hours to 2 hours. 

Transfer & Hotel check in: Our tour coordinator will transfer you to the hotel where you will check in and relax. Next, you will be going to visit Radhanagar Beach. 

Late Afternoon (4:30 PM): Head to Radhanagar Beach, recognised as one of Asia best beaches by Time Magazine in 2004. Walk on its velvety soft sand and feel the embrace of gentle tropical breeze. This beach is a top location for sunset viewing in Havelock Island. By arriving early, you will be able to find a good spot for capturing snapshots of sunset on the horizon and taking couple’s photos.

Evening (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Explore the nearby markets and souvenir stalls selling sea shell jewellery, keychains and other knick-knacks. You can also enjoy a romantic dinner at a beach side cafe with a gorgeous view. (at your expense). 

Overnight stay in Havelock Island: You will receive a transfer back to your hotel where you will stay the night. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning (8:30 AM – 9:00 AM): Today you will be going on a relaxing and fun trip to Elephant Beach. Following breakfast you will receive a transfer to Havelock Jetty and from here you will get on a boat and ride towards Elephant Beach. 

Note: The transfer time from Havelock Jetty to Elephant Beach is 15 to 20 minutes. 

At Elephant Beach: The crescent-shaped beach is marked by a lush emerald backdrop, velvety sand, and clear turquoise waters. A trip to Elephant Beach without any underwater activity would be incomplete. So get a free snorkeling session with your Andaman package that lets you experience the hidden charms of the underwater world.

Snorkel at Elephant Beach: Wade in and you will start spotting marine life (reef fish), corals, and sea anemones at 1 to 2 metres depth. Watch the colourful clownfish that will remind you of Nemo and the parrotfish nibbling on corals. If you are lucky, a sea turtle or ray may also show themselves. 

After the snorkeling session, dry yourself and laze on the beach. Enjoy snacks and drinks at the beach and enjoy a relaxing time with your partner

Note:

1. Complimentary activities like snorkelling cannot be transferred to another day. No refund will be provided for complimentary activities, if not availed. 
2. Additional water activities like glass bottom boat ride, parasailing, sea walking, jet skiing, etc are not a part of the tour package but can be availed on a direct payment basis. 
3. Keep your personal items like wallet, phone, cash, clothes etc in a safe place like a locker (available on Elephant Beach)  

Departure (4:00 PM): Take a boat ride back to Havelock Island and arrive at the Havelock jetty. Before going back to the hotel, enjoy the carefree nightlife in Havelock Island by visiting a bar or night lounge or have dinner at a beach side cafe while admiring the tropical views. 

Overnight stay in Havelock Island: Our tour coordinator will attend you and drive you back to the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Include: Breakfast

Morning: Greet the new day in Andaman and get ready for another island excursion. Our tour coordinator will pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to Havelock Jetty. You will be going to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep) via high speed ferry. 

Note: The estimated transfer time between Havelock to Neil Island is 45 to 90 minutes  (depending on weather, sea conditions)

Arrive at Neil Jetty: Disembark from your journey and get transferred to the resort. After hotel check in, rest and relax at your suite. Then, around 3 PM, you will depart for the top attractions: Natural Rock Formation and Laxmanpur Beach No. 1. 

Natural Rock Formation: Watch the natural splendour at Laxmanpur beach no 2, where two limestone rocks in an arched shape are joined together to form a bridge-like structure, hence it’s also called Howarah Bridge. Also hailed as Nature’s Aquarium, you will find corals, starfishes, and crabs near this structure.  

Note: 

1. The ideal time to visit Natural Rock Formation is during the low tide. During low tides, you will be able to see coral formations and other marine life like colorful fish, corals, starfishes, and crabs in the small circular ponds.  
2. The rocks can be slippery, so keep your feet firmly on the ground. 
3. Wear shoes with a strong grip and if possible wear waterproof shoes.

Sunset (5:15 PM to 5:30 PM): Next, make your way to Laxmanpur Beach No 1 exuding a laidback and romantic vibe. Go for a romantic walk on its stretch of white sand. You will also spot pieces of broken seashells and corals around its shoreline. This beach is a famous sunset spot for tourists, so choose a nice spot for sunset viewing and click your photograph. 

Overnight stay in Neil Island: Return to your resort for an overnight stay.

Morning: Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and get transferred to Neil Jetty. Board a high-speed catamaran and arrive at Phoenix Bay jetty. The estimated travel time from Neil Island to Port Blair is approximately 90 to 120 minutes. 

Note: Our team will share the specific departure times for ferries from Neil Island to Port Blair. 

Leisure Time: After arrival in Port Blair, rest of the time is free for leisure activities that you can decide on your own. 

Overnight stay in Port Blair. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning (8:30 – 9:00 AM): Breakfast at the hotel and leave for Mount Harriet National Park (Mount Manipur National Park). 

At National Park: Enjoy nature walk at Mount Harriet National Park and spot a variety of flora and fauna. You can enjoy birdwatching and spotting different varieties of butterflies. The highest peak of this park is at 1,257 ft and offers sweeping views of blue waters and clear skies. 

Overnight stay at Port Blair: Return to the hotel and stay the night. 

Meal Included: Breakfas

Morning: Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel and get transferred to Veer Savarkar Airport. Your 8 day Andaman honeymoon tour comes to an end. Return home safely with happy memories of your trip.
