Detailed Itinerary(7 Nights and 8 Days)

(3 Nights Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) — 2 Nights Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) – 2 Nights in Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep))

Morning/Noon: Arrival in Port Blair and after meet and greet at Veer Savarkar airport, transfer to the hotel. Estimated airport transfer time: 20 – 25 minutes. 

Hotel Check in: Our tour coordinator will assist you in the hotel check in process after which you can rest and relax in your room. Rejuvenate yourself with a cup of coffee/tea.  

Note: The standard check in time in most hotels in Port Blair is between 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. 

Late Afternoon: Leave for your first day of sightseeing in Port Blair. Today, you will be visiting the Cellular Jail Museum (aka Kala Pani). Explore the premises and the museum and learn about the history of India’s freedom struggle that took place here. 

Light & Sound Show: Delve deep into the history of Cellular Jail with a fantastic Light & Sound Show that uses narration, laser lighting, and sound effects to recreate history.

Please Note:

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays. 
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)
• (Non-professional) Camera charges: INR 200/- per camera.
• Professional Camera charges: INR 1000/- per camera. 

Aberdeen Bazaar: After this show, you may explore Aberdeen Bazaar located in close proximity to Cellular Jail. (Optional) 

Return to Hotel: Receive a comfortable transfer to your hotel in Port Blair for an overnight stay.

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and our representative will provide a smooth transfer to Phoenix Bay. Today you will be exploring Ross Island, Coral Island and Viper Island. Here is what to expect at each island: 

Ross Island: A historical landmark to explore near Port Blair, here explore the ruins of old-colonial structures built by Britishers and Japanese bunkers, constructed by the Japanese Imperial Army.  It takes a 15 minutes boat ride from Port Blair to reach Ross Island.

North Bay Island: Renowned for captivating coral reefs, remarkable marine life and thrilling water sports, North Bay is a top destination in Andaman. Enjoy your time snorkelling, swimming or banana boating. (water sports at your expense).

Return to Port Blair & Off to Viper Island: Viper Island is located 4 km west of Port Blair and takes 15 – 20 mins to reach via boat. Before Cellular Jail, the British colonialist, used to keep political prisoners here. Today, you will see ruins of a jail and gallows on a hilltop.

Overnight stay at hotel: The three-island excursion comes to an end, return to Port Blair and get transferred back to your hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Today you will be going to the most popular places in Andaman, Havelock island (Swaraj Dweep). Have your breakfast and receive a car transfer from the hotel to Phoenix Bay Jetty. The transfer time from hotel to jetty is about 25 – 30 minutes.

Cruise to Havelock: At Phoenix Bay Jetty, board a catamaran, settle in your seat,  and sail towards Havelock Island. Enjoy the views of Andaman Sea and in approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours, you will arrive at Havelock jetty. 

Deboard & Hotel Transfer: Disembark from your cruise and you will be taken to the pre-booked hotel. Check in and unwind in your comfortable hotel room after the trip. 

Leisure Time: Relish your leisure time by exploring the areas around your property. Explore local markets in Havelock and during evening, relish tasty snacks and drinks by visiting places like Bonova Cafe and Pub or Full Moon Cafe in Havelock Island. 

Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Havelock Island. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Receive hotel pick up and transfer to Havelock Jetty. From here, travel to Elephant Beach via boat ride of 25 – 30 minutes. Peaceful ambiance, clear turquoise waters, and white sandy shores define elephant beach. It’s a key destination in Havelock Island for water sports 

At Elephant Beach: Get your free snorkeling session and watch colourful marine life including coral reefs, fish, aquatic plants by taking a dive. You will easily spot corals in the shallow sections of waters near Elephant beach which is about 1 to 2 metres deep. 

Later, you can swim, bask in sunlight, or try other water activities like Banana boating, Sea Walking etc.

Note:

1. Complimentary activities like snorkelling cannot be transferred to another day. No refund will be provided for complimentary activities, if not availed. 
2. Additional water activities glass bottom boat ride, parasailing, jet skiing, etc are not a part of the tour package but can be availed on a direct payment basis. 
3. Keep your personal items like wallet, phone, cash, clothes etc in a safe place like a locker (available on Elephant Beach)  

Late Afternoon (4:30 PM): Next activity is related to relaxation on Radhanagar beach, regarded as the most beautiful beach of Andaman. Relish the serene vistas of white sandy shores, turquoise waters of Andaman Sea, groves of Mahua, Padauk and Palm trees. The picturesque sunset is the highlight that you will cherish at Radhanagar Beach. 

Evening: Post beach exploration, enjoy a dinner at a nearby cafe or restaurant. (at your expense) and afterwards get in the car. 

Back to hotel: Our tour coordinator will drop you off at hotel overnight stay at the hotel in Havelock Island.

Morning: Begin your day early and get ready for an excursion to Neil Island (Shaheed  Dweep). Check out from the hotel and get transferred to Havelock Jetty. 

At Havelock Jetty: Embark on a catamaran and sail towards Neil Island. The estimated transfer time between Havelock Island to Neil Island is 1 to 1.5 hours. 

Hotel Check-in: Our team representative will drive you from Havelock Jetty to the hotel where you will check in. Relax and refresh yourself at the property and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee.  

Afternoon (4:00 PM): Then, you will leave for one of the most remarkable sunset spots on Neil Island i.e. Laxmanpur Beach No 1. Feel refreshed in the gently moving  tropical breeze and catch glimpses of a stunning sunset.

Back to Resort: If you wish, have dinner outside at a restaurant nearby Laxmapur Beach and then return to the resort for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Savour breakfast at and get ready for another beach excursion in Neil Island. Our tour coordinator will provide pick up and drop off service to Bharatpur Beach. The beach is just a few metres away from Neil Kendra Jetty. 

At Bhratapur Beach: Spend time on the tranquil shores of Bhratapur Beach. This beach features a volleyball court and offers water activities like snorkelling, sea walking, scuba diving etc. (all water sports at additional expense). You go swim in the shallow sections of the water or simply lounge under a shaded bench 

Note: The earlier you arrive at Bharatpur Beach, the lesser mid-day crowds of water sports participants will be there on the beach. 

Late Afternoon: At least one hour before sunset, you will reach Natural Rock Formation aka Howrah Bridge on Laxmanpur Beach no. 2. The natural structure is made of limestone and dead corals and got shaped in an arch due to splashes of waves arising from the sea. 

Note: 

1. The best time to visit this place is during the low tide. Only then you will be able to see coral formations and other marine life like colorful fish, corals, starfishes, and crabs in pools of stagnant water. 
2. The rocks can be slippery, therefore  keep your feet firmly on the ground. 
3. Wear shoes with a strong grip, and if possible wear waterproof shoes. 

Return to the hotel after watching the sunset and thriving marine life nearby Natural Rock Formation. Overnight stay at the hotel in Neil Island 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: After breakfast, keep your luggage and check out from the hotel. Get ready for a transfer to Neil Kendra. From here, you will board a catamaran back to Port Blair. Bid farewell to Neil Island. Neil Island and Port Blair are 20 nautical miles apart and take 1.5 – 2 hours to cover via ferry.

Hotel Check in: After check in at the hotel in Port Blair, head out for a trip to Mount Harriet National Park, located at a height of 1,257 ft. The park is home to the endangered Andaman wild pigs, saltwater crocodiles, turtles and robber crabs. Besides nature hikes, you can go birdwatching and spot different species of butterflies in this park.

Morning: Savour breakfast at the hotel and afterwards keep your luggage ready.  Check out before 12:00 PM and our tour coordinator will drop you off at the airport. You can also have an early check out depending on your flight schedule.
