Detailed Itinerary(4 Nights and 5 Days)

(2 Nights Port Blair (Swaraj Dweep) — 2 Nights Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep Dweep))

Arrival: After airport meet and greet, get transfer from Veer Savarkar Airport to hotel. The transfer time may vary between 25 to 30 minutes. After hotel transfer, check in between 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Settle in your hotel room and enjoy your lunch. 

Note: Early hotel check in subject to availability. 

Late Afternoon (4 PM):  Depart for Cellular Jail, the infamous Kala Pani prison house where the British colonials held Indian revolutionaries captive. The museum inside Cellular Jail displays artifacts, letters, and personal documents of prisoners. 

The Light & Sound Show (in the voice of late actor Om Puri) further narrates the brutalities and torment inflicted on the convicts by the British colonial officers.

Please Note:

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays. 
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)
• (Non-professional) Camera charges: INR 200/- per camera.

Back to the Hotel: Have dinner outside at one of the good restaurants in Port Blair and get transferred to your hotel. 

Overnight stay in Port Blair. 

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and depart for North Bay Island. You will be taken to Phoenix Bay Jetty and the first stop is Ross Island (Transfer Time: 15 minutes) 

At Ross Island watch the ruins of colonial establishments such as church, bakery, and swimming pool, etc. The island boasts verdant vegetation and occasionally you can also spot deer and peacocks wandering around. There are also ruins of Japanese bunkers from World War – II.

Suggested Duration: 30 mins. 

10 AM – 10:30 AM: Head to North Bay Island, popular for its coral belts and water sports. Activities like snorkelling, scuba diving, glass bottom boat ride, sea walking etc are available on North Bay Island. It also features a candy-cane like lighthouse with swirling red and white paint on it. 

Please Note: 

1. North Bay Island has washrooms and changing rooms, along with coconut drinks and snacks stalls. 
2. Carry all the beach essentials like swimwear, beach mat, flip flops, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. in your bag. 
3. The cost of water sports (scuba diving, sea walking, etc) are not included in your package. Kindly inform us if you want to include water sports in your package. (at additional cost) 

Afternoon (2 PM): Depart for Port Blair and head to Corbyn’s Cove Beach. Spend a relaxing time on the beach sitting under a beach shack. In the evening, greet the beautiful sunset and afterwards, have dinner at a restaurant.  

Back to hotel: After a long day of beach fun, head back to the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Start with an early breakfast and get a hotel pick up by our tour coordinator. Board the cruise and sail towards Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep).

Note: Both Haddo Jetty and Phoenix Bay are approximately 9 kms from Port Blair main city centre and take about 25 – 30 minutes to reach. 

Begin Cruising: Havelock Island is the most-visited island of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. This island boasts clean and beautiful beaches, water sports, hotels, beach resorts and amazing restaurants and bars.  

Note: The estimated travel time to reach Havelock from Port Blair is between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Transfer time may also vary depending on sea conditions or weather. 

Hotel Check-in: After the hotel check-in, depart for the most beautiful Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7). The beach is famous for its pink and orange serene sunsets and abundant beauty. 

Things to Know: 

• Time magazine in 2004 named Radhanagar Beach as Asia’s Best Beach
• Radhanagar Beach is also the number one beach in all of India.
• It has also received the esteemed Blue Flag certification on accounts of sustainability, conservation, cleanliness and safety. 
• Littering on Radhangar Beach is prohibited. 
• During sunset the beach does get crowded, so make sure to arrive on time and find the right spot for photography.

Back to hotel: After having dinner at one of the nearby restaurants, return to the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Rise and shine in Havelock Island and delight yourself with a nice breakfast  at the hotel. Thereafter, depart for Kalapathar Beach. The transfer time between Kalapathar beach and your hotel will be around 20 – 25 minutes. 

Kalapathar Beach which means black rock beach features smooth powdery sand, clean turquoise waters, and greenery. The volcanic black boulders on the beach add a unique character to the beach. 

Post Kalapathar beach exploration, check out from the hotel and depart for Havelock Jetty. From here you will cruise back to Port Blair. 

Approximate Transfer time: 1.5 hours 2 hours. 

Return to Port Blair & Hotel Check in: After hotel check in Port Blair, go out and explore Aberdeen Bazaar for souvenir shopping and have dinner outside. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Include: Breakfast

Morning: Have a timely breakfast, keep your bags packed in the lobby or the reception area and check out before 12:00 PM. Then you will be transferred to Veer Savarkar airport and depart for your home. 

Airport transfer time: 20 – 30 minutes 

The 4 nights 5 days Andaman tour concludes. Return home with beautiful memories of the Andaman Holiday package.
