Detailed Itinerary(6 Nights and 7 Days)

(3 Nights Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) — 2 Nights Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) — 1 Night Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep))

Airport Pickup (Morning/Afternoon): Arrive in Sri Vijaya Puram’s Veer Savarkar Airport where our tour coordinator will meet and greet you. Enjoy a smooth transfer from the airport to the hotel. 

Note: The approximate transfer time from the airport to the hotel in Port Blair is 20-25 minutes. 

Hotel Check in (2 PM – 3 PM): Arrive at your pre-booked hotel and check in. Get your lunch and rest well to shrug off jet lag. In the evening, your sightseeing tour will begin. 

Evening: Visit Cellular Jail with Light & Sound Show and relive the history of one of the darkest chapters of the colonial era. Cellular Jail was a colonial prison and now is a museum that displays artifacts and belongings of its former inmates. 

What to expect at the Light & Sound Show?

Light & Sound Show presents a narrative using music and lasers to provide historical context of the monument’s past.

Please Note:

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays. 
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)
• (Non-professional) Camera charges: INR 200/- per camera.
• Professional Camera charges: INR 1000/- per camera. 

Back to Hotel: Before returning to the hotel, enjoy dinner outside at a top rated restaurant in Port Blair (at your expense). Our coordination will drop you back to the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Lunch

Morning (8:30 – 9:00 AM): Gear up for a trip to Ross Island (officially named as Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose). Transfer to Phoenix Bay Jetty and get on a boat ride that will take you to Ross Island in just 15 minutes. Walk on the island and you will spot peacocks and deer wandering freely on the island.  

What to expect at Ross Island? 

1. Ross Island used to be the administrative HQ for the British officials. 
2. Today, the island has ruins of dilapidated colonial structures like church, tennis court, swimming pool, hospital, etc. 
3. The island was also occupied by the Japanese, hence you will also see Japanese bunkers and a rusty cannon used in World War II. 
4. Do not chase or disturb any animals or birds at Ross Island.

Afternoon (around 12:30 PM): From Ross Island, a boat/ferry ride of another 30 minutes will take you to North Bay Island/Coral Island. The island is popular for its frigging coral reefs, water sports and beach leisure. Enjoy your time sunbathing, watching corals, swimming, or lounging on the beach. 

Note: 

Water sports on North Bay Island will be at your own cost. If you want any water activities like glass bottom boat ride, snorkeling, diving, sea walking, etc. to be included in the tour package, kindly inform us at the time of booking.

Lighthouse: There is a lighthouse which is about a 500 metres walk from North Bay Island and offers navigational aid for maritime travel. The entry inside the Lighthouse is sometimes restricted. 

Evening (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Back to Port Blair and if time permits, enjoy shopping at Aberdeen Bazaar. Later you can have dinner at a restaurant or cafe. Otherwise, get a transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and get a private car transfer to Phoenix Bay. 

The estimated transfer time from your hotel to the bay can be around 20 -30 mins. 

At Phoenix Bay (8:00 AM): Gather at Phoenix Bay and board the assigned speedboat/ferry to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep). 

Note: 

The estimated transfer time from Port Blair to reach Havelock Island is anywhere between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. The transfer time may also vary depending on weather and sea conditions. 

In case you don’t want to leave at 8:00 AM, another cruise ply after 11 AM. 

Arrival at Havelock Island: Deboard at Havelock jetty and get quick transfers to your hotel accommodation. (Check in time: 2:00 – 3:00 PM). Take your time to unwind and after that visit the sunset point at Radhanagar beach. 

Radhanagar Beach is one of Asia’s best beaches and has been recognized with a Blue Flag certification, testifying efforts of sustainability, cleanliness, and safety maintained on this beach. Enjoy a scenic sunset and find spots to click pictures of you and your loved ones.

Late Evening: After a gorgeous sunset view, experience the nightlife in Havelock Island. Bars, night lounges and cafes in Havelock are perfect to enjoy a fun yet laid-back nightlife in Havelock. Or you can skip this and go straight to the hotel. 

Back to Hotel: Get transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Morning (8:30 AM – 9:00 AM): Breakfast at hotel and get ready for Elephant beach excursion. Get a pickup and drop off from the hotel to the jetty. Here you will hop on a speedboat. The transfer time from jetty to Elephant beach is 20 – 30 minutes approx. 

At Elephant Beach: Enjoy leisure time soaking in the sun on its white beaches or go for a swim in refreshing aquamarine waters around the beach. Elephant beach is blessed with an impressive underwater ecosystem featuring colourful corals and marine life. 

Get a free snorkelling session at Elephant Beach and explore the beautiful aquatic life.

Note: 

1. If you want to do any additional water activities like Banana Boating, Parasailing, Jet Skiing etc, at Elephant Beach, kindly inform us prior. It can be availed on a direct payment basis. 
2. In case your trip to Elephant beach gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, etc. then the complimentary activity like snorkelling cannot be transferred to another day. No refund will be granted for complimentary activities, if not availed.  
3. Carry cash in a waterproof bag for locker rentals, accessing changing rooms etc. because the Internet might not be available to make online payments. 

Evening (4 PM): Enjoy a scenic sunset and afterwards board the speed boat and travel back to Havelock Island. 

Back to hotel: Before returning to hotel, enjoy a warm local cuisine at a restaurant in Havelock Island. Overnight stay at the hotel. 

Meal Include: Breakfast

Morning (9:30 – 10 AM): Start your day breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Havelock Jetty. Board a speedboat/ferry and cruise to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep). 

The estimated transfer time from Havelock to Neil island is 1 to 1.5 hours, if weather and sea conditions are optimal. 

Afternoon (2 PM – 3 PM): Our tour coordinator will drop you to the hotel where you can check in and unwind. Afterwards, head out for Laxmanpur Beach 1 and enjoy leisure time. The first part of the beach is ideal for sunsets and the second part is where you can see Natural Rock Formation.

Sunset (5:00 PM – 6:30 PM): During the golden hour, enjoy the scenery of Natural Rock Formation or Howrah Bridge on Laxmanpur Beach 2. The rock-archway is formed by years and years of erosion caused by oceanic activity. During low tide, watch coral formations and other marine life like star fish, tropical fish, corals, conches in ponds. It’s like nature’s very own aquarium. 

Notes: 

1. Please wear comfortable and waterproof footwear as you will be walking on rocky terrain. 
2. The water can be muddy, especially if it has rained. 
3. It is essential to have low tides for you to see colorful fish, corals, starfishes, and crabs in pools of stagnant water. 
4. Walk slowly and carefully, keeping your feet firm on the slippery rocks. 

Return to Hotel: After catching views of Natural Rock Formation and marine life get back to the hotel for an overnight stay. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning (8:30 – 9:00 AM): Enjoy an excursion to Bharapur Beach where you will find all the top water sports to engage in. At Bharatpur Beach, you can engage in a range of water activities like snorkelling, scuba diving, banana boat ride, etc. (all watersports at your expense).

Back to Port Blair: Transfer to hotel, check out and get another transfer towards Neil Jetty. The distance between Neil Island and Port Blair is 20 nautical miles and takes 1.5 – 2 hours to cover via ferry. 

Arrival at Hotel: Check in at the hotel and relax. Thereafter, you can go to Corbyn’s Cove Beach (Optional) and enjoy more beach time. You can also spend time shopping at Aberdeen Bazaar for more souvenirs. 

Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and check out before 12:00 PM. You can also have an early check out depending on your flight schedule. Depart for Veer Savarkar Airport. 

The transfer time from hotel to airport is 25 – 30 minutes.
