Detailed Itinerary(5 Nights and 6 Days)

2 Nights Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) — 2 Nights Havelock (Swaraj Dweep) — 1 Night Neil (Shaheed Dweep)

Welcome to Andamans: You will meet AndamanTourism.org’s representative at Veer Savarkar airport. Receive a car transfer from the airport to the hotel, check in and retreat to your room. 

Note: 

• The standard check in time Port Blair hotel is between 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM 
• The estimated transfer time from the airport to the hotel in Port Blair is 20-25 minutes. 
• All transfers by a spacious and well-maintained car.

Late Afternoon: Depart for Port Blair’s must-visit attraction: Cellular Jail. A former colonial prison (now a memorial & museum), Cellular Jail (Kala Pani) was used by the British colonial government to hold Indian revolutionaries captive. Explore the  jail premises and solitary confinement cells to learn about the brutalities faced by India’s freedom fighters. 

Tea Break: After Cellular Jail exploration, enjoy a cup of tea with the views of sunset to refresh yourself. 

Light & Sound Show: After tea break, we will move to watch the Light & sound show which narrates the history of Cellular Jail,  life of prisoners, and India’s struggle for independence.

Please Note:

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays. 
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)
• (Non-professional) Camera charges: INR 200/- per camera.

Overnight stay in Port Blair: After Cellular Jail and the Light & Sound Show, you will be dropped back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Morning: Our tour coordinator will pick you and your family up early in the morning from the hotel and drop you at Phoenix Bay jetty, which is 9 kms from Port Blair main city centre and takes about 25 – 30 minutes to reach. 

Note: The morning cruise from Port Blair to Havelock starts at 7:30 AM for which you have to depart the hotel at 6:00 am – 6:30 am. If you want to take a later ferry from Port Blair to Havelock Island, then post booking, contact our team and we will try our best to accommodate your request. 

At Phoenix Bay: Get assistance in boarding the cruise from Port Blair to Havelock Island.  You will be journeying via Makruzz – Premium Class or Nautika – Luxury Class. Watch the amazing views of the Bay of Bengal, as you cruise. 

Note: The estimated travel time to reach Havelock from Port Blair is between 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Transfer time may also vary depending on sea conditions or weather.

Welcome to Havelock Island: Get a warm welcome by on-ground staff at Havelock Jetty and transfer to the hotel for check in and rest. Later, you will receive a transfer to Radhanagar Beach. 

Sunset at Radhanagar Beach: There is nothing quite like enjoying an evening at a beautiful beach with family and Radhanagar beach gives you exactly that. Radhanagar Beach is one of the best beaches in Asia and the world for its cleanliness, serenity, clear waters, and safety. 

Sunset timing at Radhanagar Beach: 5:00 PM – 5:20 PM

Back to hotel: Get transfer to the hotel and catch a good night’s sleep.

Overnight stay in Havelock Island

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel and pack your beach bag as today you will be going on a boat ride towards Elephant Beach. The crescent-shaped clean and serene white beach is a pulsating hotspot for all the fun watersports activities in Havelock Island. 

Note: You can also get to Elephant beach through jungle trekking. The estimated transfer time to reach Elephant Beach is 40 minutes. 

At Elephant Beach: Get a free snorkelling session and observe the vibrant coral, reef fish, and sea anemones visible at just 1-2 meters of depth. The shallow sections of water around the beach is quite safe for even non-swimmers and kids, just make sure to accompany them. 

Note:

1. Complimentary activities like snorkelling cannot be transferred to another day. No refund will be provided for complimentary activities, if not availed. 
2. Additional water activities like glass bottom boat ride, parasailing, jet skiing, etc are not a part of the tour package but can be availed on a direct payment basis. 
3. Keep your personal items like wallet, phone, cash, clothes etc in a safe place like a locker (available on Elephant Beach) 
4. Complimentary activity (snorkelling) cannot be exchanged for any other activity. 
5. Carry cash in a waterproof bag for locker rentals, accessing changing rooms etc. The Internet might not be available to make digital payments.

Back to Hotel: After enjoying a full beach day with family, you will be dropped off at the hotel. 

Overnight stay in Havelock Island 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: After breakfast, board a catamaran and cruise from Havelock Jetty to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep). This tiny island of 13.7 km² boasts gorgeous beaches, rock formations,  watersports, and an enchanting tropical vibe.

The estimated transfer time between Havelock Island to Neil Island is 1 to 1.5 hours.

Welcome to Neil Island: Receive a warm welcome at Neil Island by our on-ground team. You will be dropped off at the hotel for check in and relaxation. Later, you will be picked up by us for sightseeing. 

Laxmanpur Beach No. 1: Before the sunset, visit Laxmanpur Beach, a tranquil beach with a calming vibe, perfect for families to enjoy a lovely time. The sunset timing is typically between 5:15 pm to 5:20 pm. Watch the sun slowly setting into the horizon and click photos. Lay down and chill or go for a beach walk. Afterwards, you will be taken to Natural Rock Formation at Laxmanpur Beach No. 2.

Natural Rock Formation (Howrah Bridge): Laxmanpur Beach No. 2, accessible only during low tides, is home to Natural Rock Formation (Howrah Bridge). This natural structure is a result of years and years of oceanic activity. Around the rock formation,  you will find ponds with water and tiny marine life thriving in it. There are also plenty of dead and live corals on site. 

Things to Know:
– You can spot marine life like colorful fish, corals, starfishes, and crabs in the small circular ponds.  

– The rocks can be slippery, so keep your feet firmly on the ground. 

– Wear shoes with a strong grip, and if possible wear waterproof shoes. 

After clicking photos near Natural Rock Formation at Laxmanpur Beach no. 2, you can return to Laxmanpur Beach no 1 and enjoy stargazing. 

Overnight stay in Neil Island: Our tour coordinator will drop you back at the hotel. Catch a restful sleep after the long day of beach outing. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: The day begins with breakfast at the hotel and after that you will visit Bharatpur Beach. The beach is the go-to spot for thrilling water activities ideal for adventure enthusiasts and families. You can avail activities like Sea-bed walking, glass bottom boat ride, sofa rides, etc best suited for members of different age groups in a family. (on a direct payment basis).

Back to Port Blair: After beach time at Bharatpur Beach, you will say goodbye to Neil Island and board a cruise to Port Blair. 

Aberdeen Bazaar: Enjoy your time shopping and dining in Aberdeen Bazaar before reaching the hotel. You can buy souvenirs unique to Andaman such as Nicobarese mat, Andaman tribal masks, figurines, etc.  

Hotel Drop-off: Post shopping, our tour coordinator will drop you off at the hotel. Use your time to check for all your belongings and packing bags. 

Overnight stay in Port Blair. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Have breakfast and check out from the hotel on time. Our coordinator will drop you off at Veer Savarkar airport. The estimated transfer time is between 20 -25 minutes. 

Departure: As we drop you at the airport, we bid farewell to you and wish you a happy and safe flight back home. We look forward to serving you and your family  again.
