Detailed Itinerary(8 Nights and 9 Days)

4 Nights Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram) — 3 Nights Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep) — 1 Night Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep)

Morning: Fly down to Veer Savarkar Airport and our tour coordinator will receive you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. The approximate transfer time from the airport to the hotel is 25 to 30 minutes. 

Afternoon (2:00 -3:00 PM): Check in at the hotel and retreat to your room. Relax and enjoy a nice meal at the hotel. Thereafter, your sightseeing in Port Blair will begin. 

Late Afternoon (4:00 PM): Depart for Cellular Jail with our tour coordinator. This historic colonial prison (now a memorial) is the most visited attraction in Andaman’s capital. The structure features a museum, photo gallery, and a library that sheds light on the lives of convicts who were held captives. 

Light & Sound Show: Watch an engrossing Light & Sound Show in the evening which narrates historical facts about this monument using music and storytelling.

• Cellular Jail is closed on Mondays and national holidays. 
• Closed for Lunch Break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
• Light & Sound Show Timings: 5:50 PM (Hindi) & 6:50 PM (English)
• (Non-professional) Camera charges: INR 200/- per camera.

Overnight stay in Port Blair: Post sightseeing and Light & Show, our tour coordinator will transfer you to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Morning (8:30 AM – 9:00 AM): Have breakfast at the hotel and prepare for a trip to Ross Island and North Bay Island. Our tour coordinator will pick you up from the hotel and transfer to Phoenix Bay jetty. Get on a speedboat and ride to your first attraction of the day: Ross Island. 

Ross Island is a mere 15 minutes ride away from Port Blair (Sri Vijaya Puram). 

At Ross Island: Arrive at Ross Island (earlier known as Paris of the East). You will see colonial ruins of a township that once thrived here. There are rundown structures of a church, administrative quarters, hospital, swimming pool, and a tennis court. The Japanese also occupied this island for a brief period (1942 to 1945) and built bunkers during World War

From Ross Island, you will move to beautiful North Bay Island which is approximately 30 minutes away. 

At North Bay Island: Counted amongst the top places in Andaman for water sports, Coral Island aka North Bay Island is a must-visit attraction. The island features beaches with powdery soft sand, fringing coral belts and a vibrant aquatic life. It also has a lighthouse painted in red and white swirls. Engage in activities like snorkelling, scuba diving, glass bottom boat ride, etc. (water sports at your expense) 

Travel Tips: 

1. Pack all your beach essentials like swimwear, flip flops, towels, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen etc. for island excursions. 
2. North Bay Island offers facilities like washrooms, changing rooms, rental lockers, etc. 
3. Always carry cash in a waterproof bag to make payments towards refreshments, water sports, or locker rental.

Back to Phoenix Bay (4:30 – 5:00 PM): After this island excursion, get back to Port Blair and receive a hotel drop-off by our tour coordinator. 

Overnight stay in Port Blair 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Today, you will be going to Havelock Island (Swaraj Dweep). The island is  renowned for its tropical beauty, nightlife, stunning white beaches, lush forests, and water sports. Our coordinator will transfer to Phoenix Bay jetty. Board the high-speed catamaran, take your seat and settle in. 

Depart for Havelock Island: Enjoy cruising on the waters of Bay of Bengal. Within a span of 1.5 to 2 hours, you will arrive at Havelock jetty.

Note: We will inform you about the ferry/catamaran schedule in advance. 

At Havelock Jetty: Disembark at Swaraj Dweep jetty and receive a smooth transfer to the hotel. Complete your check in at the hotel and proceed to your room to get rest and relaxation.  

Visit Radhanagar Beach: Arrive at Radhanagar Beach, located on western coast of Havelock Island. This beach is counted as amongst the best beaches of Asia and #1 in all of India. Take a stroll here and find the best spot for sunset viewing and clicking photos.

Late Evening (7:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Enjoy the nightlife in Havelock Island by visiting a bar or enjoy a delicious meal at a beach side restaurant/cafe  with a view. (at your expense). Full Moon Café, Venom Bar, and Bonova Café and Pub are some of the most popular spots. 

Overnight stay in Havelock Island: Get transferred back to your hotel and stay the night.

Early Morning (4:30 AM): Rise at dawn and visit  Kalapathar Beach on the eastern coast of Havelock Island. The beach features a serene shoreline, white sand, black rocks and has an unhurried calming vibe that you can enjoy. 

Sunrise Viewing at Kalapathar Beach: The sunrise time is typically between 5:00 AM to 5:15 AM. Watch the golden glow of sunrays falling gently over the beach and illuminating the sky. The rising sun is one of the most beautiful views to capture at this beach. After clicking pictures, enjoy a morning jog and return to the hotel.

Breakfast at Hotel: Our tour representative will drop you back at the hotel. Freshen up and relish your breakfast at the hotel. 

Leisure Time: The rest of the day in Havelock Island is free for leisure, so plan your day as per your liking. You can also choose to stay at the property and enjoy its amenities.

Morning (8:30 – 9:30 AM): Today you will visit Elephant Beach, a popular beach attraction in Havelock Island known for its water sports facilities, calming waters, and is backed by thick jungles. It is also lined with food stalls serving refreshments  like fruit chaat, noodles, coconut water, etc. 

At Elephant Beach: Avail your one free snorkelling session and wade in from the beach. The shallow turquoise waters are super calm and suitable for both swimmers and non-swimmers to go in. While snorkelling, you will spot hard and soft corals, sea cucumbers, sea anemones and reef fish (clownfish, butterflyfish, angelfish, and parrotfish). If you are really lucky, you may spot a sea turtle or a ray. 

Post snorkelling, relax yourself, lay down on a beach mat and enjoy sunbathing. You can also go stroll on the beach and have delicious snacks. 

Note:

1. Complimentary activities like snorkelling cannot be transferred to another day. No refund will be provided for complimentary activities, if not availed. 
2. Additional water activities like glass bottom boat ride, parasailing, jet skiing, etc are not a part of the tour package but can be availed on a direct payment basis. 
3. Keep your personal items like wallet, phone, cash, clothes etc in a safe place like a locker (available on Elephant Beach)  

Back to Havelock Jetty: Get a boat ride back to Havelock Jetty and transfer back to your hotel. 

Overnight stay in Havelock Island. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: After breakfast, board a high-speed sea vessel and transfer from Havelock Jetty to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep). This tiny island of 13.7 km² boasts beautiful beaches, watersports, and a diverse range of accommodation to its visitors. 

The estimated transfer time between Havelock Island to Neil Island is 1 to 1.5 hours.

Arrive at Neil Island: Disembark from your journey at Neil Jetty (Shaheed Dweep Jetty) and our tour coordinator will drop you at the hotel. Check in the hotel and depart for sightseeing in Neil Island. You will be staying only one night at Neil Island so make the best of your time. 

At Laxmanpur Beach No. 1: Lush tropical trees adorn the backdrop of Laxmanpur Beach while the aquamarine waters of Bay of Bengal lap its shores. Watch a beautiful sunset between 5:15 pm to 5:20 pm and click photos. Enjoy strolling on Laxmanpur Beach No. 1 and move to Natural Rock Formation at Laxmanpur Beach No. 2.

Natural Rock Formation: Watch two vertical limestones joining together in an arch to form bridge-like structure, also called Howrah Bridge.  Please note that beach no 2 can only be visited during low tide. Around the rock formation,  you will find ponds with water and tiny marine life thriving in it. There are also plenty of dead and live corals on site. 

Things to Know:
– You can spot marine life like colorful fish, corals, starfishes, and crabs in the small circular ponds.  

– The rocks can be slippery, so keep your feet firmly on the ground. 

– Wear shoes with a strong grip, and if possible wear waterproof shoes. 

After clicking photos near Natural Rock Formation at Laxmanpur Beach no. 2, you return to Laxmanpur Beach no 1 and enjoy refreshments like pakoras and maggie (at your expense). 

Overnight stay in Neil Island: Our tour coordinator will drop you back at the hotel. Catch a restful sleep after the long day of beach outing. 

Meal Included: Breakfast

Morning: Have breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for Neil Jetty. Our tour coordinator will help you board a cruise which will take you back to Port Blair. The estimated transfer time from Neil Island to Port Blair is 1.5 to 2 hours. 

Arrive at Phoenix Bay: Disembark at bay area and receive a transfer from jetty to the hotel. Unwind in your room until your next attraction visit.  

Later Afternoon (4:30 PM): Depart for Corbyn’s Cove beach, located 8 kms from Port Blair. It’s a crescent-shaped beach with palm trees, a beautiful stretch of white sand, and turquoise waters. Lounge on the beach with coconut water or take part in a water sport (payable directly by you)

Overnight stay in Port Blair: Our tour coordinator will drop you back to the hotel where you can have dinner and stay the night.

Morning (8:30 am – 9:30 am): Have breakfast at the hotel and depart for Mount Harriet National Park (renamed as Mount Manipur National Park).  It is located in Hope town, 20 kms away from the main city centre and takes 1.5 hours to reach. 

At National Park: A delight for nature lovers, Mount Harriet National Park is a top attraction near Port Blair. Explore the lush jungles, spot beautiful birds and wildlife like Narcondam Hornbill, Emerald Dove, Andaman cuckoo and Andaman wild pig (endangered), saltwater crocodile, etc. You can also do a little trek and photography at the park.

Shopping in Port Blair (Optional): Port Blair’s Aberdeen Bazaar is the go-to shopping spot for tourists to pick up souvenirs. You can also visit Sagarika Emporium and Sea Pearl Emporium for shopping. 

Overnight Stay at Port Blair: Return to hotel and have dinner at the hotel or at a top rated restaurant in Port Blair

Morning: Breakfast at hotel and check out from premises on time. Receive a quick transfer to Veer Savarakar Airport. The transfer time is 25 – 30 minutes. 

Back to home: We will drop you at the airport entrance and part ways. Board your flights and we wish you a safe and happy return.
