Ferry to Havelock Island

Board a ferry to Havelock Island. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and check-in.

• Expenses due to unforeseen situations (medical, emergencies, etc.)
• Additional costs due to flight or ferry delays, cancellations, or rescheduling

Policies

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation or changes are allowed only if informed in writing at least 30 days before check-in, subject to availability.
• If cancellation is made within 30 days of travel, no amendment, postponement, or cancellation is allowed.
  → 100% of the package cost will be charged.
• No refund for bookings between 15th December to 15th January.
• No refund in case of no show.
• No refund for unused nights or early check-out.
• For international bank accounts, any bank charges will be borne by the customer.
• In case of bad weather or unavoidable situations (like ferry/seaplane cancellation),
  • • Alternative accommodation will be arranged in Port Blair
    • Additional stay charges will be applicable
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method.
  • • For cash payments, refund will be made via cheque or online transfer
• Refunds are initiated within 5 working days after receiving the cancellation request
• It may take 5–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank
• Mid-tour cancellations are allowed, but no refund will be provided
• A processing charge of 10% + 18% GST will be deducted on applicable refunds

Payment Policy

• An advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The advance amount is taken to secure hotels, ferries, and other services on a confirmed basis.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour (either before departure or upon arrival).
• Full payment is mandatory before commencement of services.
• The advance amount may varydepending on:
  • Type of services booked
  • Time remaining before travel date
• During peak seasons (such as Christmas and New Year),
  • 100% payment may be required in advance due to high demand and limited availability
• The company reserves the right to decide the advance payment amountbased on booking conditions
